Product Description
XBC-SOW is a diesel engine-driven horizontal double-suction fire pump. It covers a wide range of flow rates and head pressures. The product includes a diesel engine, water pump, common base, fuel tank, maintenance-free battery, and on-site control cabinet. The diesel engine uses high-quality 1500 RPM high-speed diesel engines from WEICHAI or for Cummins and is connected to the pump side with an elastic pin coupling. For the 1500 RPM diesel engine, we use our exclusive invention of a speed increaser to configure a 3000 RPM pump head, which is novel in structure and allows the diesel engine and electric motor pump heads to use the same model, making maintenance easier for customers.. The water pump impeller is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or brass material, and the pump case is made of ductile iron for high-pressure usage. The product is suitable for supplying water to industrial and factory firefighting systems or emergency firefighting systems.
Product Advantage
The performance of the double suction pump has been fully optimized to meet the four key requirements of the American Fire Protection Standards FM/UL.
1) The performance meets the requirements of rated flow and rated pressure.
2) The outlet pressure at zero flow does not exceed 140% of the rated pressure.
3) At a suction depth of 4.6 meters, when the flow is 150% of the rated flow, the outlet pressure should not be less than 65% of the rated pressure.
4) The performance curve includes a maximum shaft power value, and the driving power provided exceeds this maximum shaft power value.
