Product Description
Low-voltage explosion-proof motors comply with IEC standards for power rating and installation dimensions, with frame sizes ranging from 80 to 355-protection level at IP55 and explosion-proof ratings of ExdIIBT4 Gb or ExdIICT4Gb, with insulation class F. The series includes frame and dust explosion-proof models. The stator winding of the motor uses high-strength polyester-imide enameled round copper wire, and the motor rotor is made of cast aluminum structure. The engine operates smoothly with low vibration, noise, and efficiency. The entire series can also be equipped with outdoor anti-corrosion configurations.
Ideal for the coal where methane and coal dust may be present (ExdIMb)and dangerous explosion areas (Exd IIA T4 Gb,Ex d IIB T4 Gb) in the plant with the class IIA, IIB, and temperature T1~T4 flammable gas.
