LG Vertical Multi-stage Centrifugal Pump is a new generation product developed according to the standards for water supply and drainage in high-rise buildings and Chinese fire standards. working condition
1. It can transport clean water or non-corrosive media similar to clean water in physical and chemical properties, with the volume of solid insoluble not exceeding 0.1% of the unit volume. If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering;
2. Medium temperature: -15ºC~+95ºC;
3. Maximum system working pressure ≤2.5MPa;
4. The ambient temperature should be below 40ºC with a relative humidity below 95%.

Product Structural Drawing
1. This type of pump has a vertical multi-stage segmental structure, tightly bolted together by the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section. Each stage is equipped with an impeller and guide vane, and the axial force is balanced hydraulically, with any residual axial force borne by one or a pair of ball bearings.
2. The shaft seal uses a specially designed mechanical seal. When replacing the mechanical seal, there is no need to dismantle the motor. By removing the intermediate clamshell coupling, the seal can be taken out, which has the advantage of being convenient for replacement and maintenance. The pump is driven by a vertical motor through the clamshell coupling. Looking from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
3. The motor can be equipped with standard IE2/IE3/IE4 series B5 type motors, 380V, 50HZ, three-phase, 2900 rpm.
4. The pump's suction port is at the bottom, and the discharge port is at the top. Their relative positions can be chosen as one of 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° according to user requirements for assembly and delivery. Generally, the pump leaves the factory at 180°.
