XBC-TQW is a diesel engine-driven horizontal single-stage single-suction fire pump. It covers a wide range of flow rates and head pressures. The product includes a diesel engine, water pump, common base, fuel tank, maintenance-free battery, and on-site control cabinet. The diesel engine uses high-quality 3000 RPM or 1500 RPM high-speed diesel engines and is connected to the ump side with an elastic pin coupling. The pump is a single-stage single-suction foot-mounted end suction pump. For the 1500 RPM diesel engine, we use our exclusive invention of a speed increaser to configure a 3000 RPM pump head, which is novel in structure and allows for the diesel engine and electric motor pump heads to use the same model, making maintenance easier for customers. The 3000 RPM diesel engine uses a domestic high-quality diesel engine, with a maximum power of up to 132kw. The water pump impeller is made of corrosion-resistant material such as stainless steel or brass, and the pump case is made of ductile iron for high-pressure usage. The product is suitable for supplying water to industrial and factory firefighting systems or emergency firefighting systems.

• The wet parts of the diesel engine fire pump are made of stainless steel or brass, as well as 2cr13 shafts and ss304 stainless steel impellers, which are not easy to corrode and extend life!
